I disagree. Neither the President nor the Nation can function for long if EVERY move the President makes is subject to review and or lawsuits by bias DA’s across the country.
The issue will be on “limited”. Meaning, they will likely say he has “limited” liability. Then, the lawyers will fight over WHAT does “limited” mean in this instance.
This is about Trump, the most-serious threat our ruling class has ever faced. Rules, laws, decorum, justice, etc no longer matter.
