When you put an Alzheimer’s patient on adderall and other meds that function like adderall the decline is fast when the meds stop working. Also the higher the original intelligence of the person the faster the decline.
I don’t even see Biden being alive next year because of the progressive nature of Alzheimer’s.

When my late mother-in-law was in dementia, she would angrily refuse to admit that she had dementia, and then assault one of his great-granddaughters right in front of us, and then deny that she did that a few seconds ago.
