Men act in the most manly fashion when they set out to protect the dignity of every woman, despite how these women may choose to present themselves. I can totally understand why a modern woman doesn’t understand how slut shaming would work.

I think it’s a nice idea. Being covered with tattoos is ugly. And having as little clothes as possible leaves nothing to the imagination and is not a good role model for young women.
Leave the clothing situation alone. She might belong to a nudist nymphomaniac club and resort. While using AI and lasers to remove the dumb tattoos and tramp stamps.
With a few adjustments the developer could sell the AI product as the Burkarizer or the Hajiber and make millions.
