Apparently they're planning to train civilians to respond in the event of a terrorist attack. He's correct in that our current leadership in gov't is engages in stuff that is just silly, & not doing anything meaningful to protect this country.

I watched the video. The Sheriff kept calm but his body language showed him to be spooked by what he knows.
Thing is who knows who the terrorists will be? Illegals? Feds? Multiple train derailments?
