Report: Special Counsel Hur in ‘Final Talks’ to Testify on Biden’s ‘Poor’ Memory

Special Counsel Robert Hur is reportedly in “final talks” to testify before the House Impeachment Inquiry about his report on President Joe Biden’s alleged theft of classified documents, which described the president as an “elderly man with a poor memory.”

House Democrats do not want Hur to answer questions about Biden’s fitness for office.

Hur described Biden as not competent to stand trial for allegedly stealing classified documents. Hur said Biden could not remember simple facts about his life, such as when he was vice president or when his son Beau died.

Biden resurrects Beau at the drop of a hat———as a political strategy.....even going so far as to modulate his voice into a desolate mourn (see the 2020 debate). But mournful Biden then despicably lies about the death’s circumstances, and gives credence to allegations that he is posing, fudging the death’s details for political gain.

The Hur incident is a new low for shameless Biden, everybody suspects Biden is using his son Beau’s death to fake a memory problem in order to evade more serious charges.

There’s only one other reason Biden would make the false claim about Hur “raising” the issue, as explained by Townhall managing editor Spencer Brown:

“So, Biden pretended to be indignant that the special counsel included a topic that Biden himself raised in his interview. Either that or he also conveniently “forgot” that he brought the subject of his son’s death up in the conversation.”

“Regardless, it’s terrible optics, and between that and Biden’s ill-tempered reactions to the death reference, it’s further proof that there is no low to which Team Biden will not stoop to drag him over the finish line one more time........even having Jill fund-raising Democrats on the subterfuge.”

Hur “described the president as an “elderly man with a poor memory.”

Hur also reported that Biden, “knowingly and willfully retained and exposed classified documents”.

I would hope that the lawyers on the Committee focus on that part because that is “a reasonable articulation of a violation of the Law.”
Hur DID REPORT that a crime was committed.
He just didn’t want to take it to a Grand Jury because Biden is “a sympathetic, well-meaning elderly man with a bad memory.”

Feds don’t like to lose a Grand Jury case.

Hur found conclusive evidence of crimes committed by Biden. The DOJ guidelines are that he must bring charges, if he believes there is any chance of getting a conviction from a jury. The only way he could spare Biden being prosecuted was to find a reason why a jury wouldn’t convict him. Thus, the lame excuse that a jury would be so sympathetic to this well-intentioned” but senile old man that they would cut him slack and not convict. Hence, he is not obligated to bring charges. And that’s the story as I have heard it. He won’t change his story because it would render Biden legally vulnerable.

“I hope Hur does not change his tune and lie under oath.”

Lie?
Did he indict the other Biden’s? Like his wife, brother, son, and other family members had no idea? The entire family had to know he had TS and Secret documents laying around! They were NOT locked up, they had no cameras. This had been going on since he was a Senator, like 20 years maybe more. The prosecutor has described a Espionage Ring, and yet he refuses to prosecute anyone. Further, Hur didn’t even BOTHER to review the documents that were removed by Joe Biden’s lawyers!! Hur did everything he could not to prosecute the Biden family. He will NOT keep his story when he goes to Congress that Joe Biden is incompetent, because he doesn’t want to prosecute any of them. Even if he does, they are all getting out of what they truly deserve, a long Vacation in Florence, Colorado.

What people should be asking, or thinking about, is HOW MUCH DAMAGE DID THE BIDEN’S DO to America, to Human Assets (other American spies). How many people have died, how much money has been lost, and how many people are endangered by the actions of this Espionage Ring. Why is the PRESS not asking these questions?

No way they let him testify. Either he’s outright barred by Garland or the testimony is so watered down with caveats and “I cannot get into that because there are ongoing investigations elsewhere” that it will not be worth a thing.

The GOPe is VILE.

This is all their doing. They are terrified of Trump draining them of the Swamp in which they live. They want Biden replaced with a stronger candidate.

PUT THIS STORY TO BED. The House should not be pursuing this, and I’ll bet it is the GOPe House members who are.

He gives his report to the DOJ and Whitehouse. The DOJ and Whitehouse review it for redactions and concerns. Those are addressed and the DOJ releases the report.

And only now it's upsetting the democrats? Wow.

Hello Congress!

Here are a couple of questions to ask Mr. Hur, that just popped into my head.

Also... Congress, know this, with some concentration, I’m sure that I can come up with a dozen or more questions that will expose the glaring hypocrisy and double standards, owing to two tiers of justice that exists at the highly partisan, malevolently and systemically corrupt US DOJ.

# 1 - Mr. Hur, how many investigations, where there have been serious violations of the espionage act, have you been involved in, where the crimes committed were not prosecuted because the alleged criminal was considered too frail and incompetent to stand trial, and where your opinion was that a sympathetic jury would not convict, same as your finding of the currently sitting President of the United States?

And now Mr. Hur, I’m going to ask you a broader question.

# 2 - Mr. Hur, how many investigations, where there have been serious violations of ANY United States law, have you been involved in, where the crimes committed were not prosecuted because the alleged criminal was considered too frail and incompetent to stand trial, and where your opinion was that a sympathetic jury would not convict, same as your finding of the currently sitting President of the United States?

YEAH, I’m talking to YOU- FED GOV SCUM TRAITORS that are reading THIS exercise in free speech! BURN IN HELL!
