We don’t and they won’t spend the money to stop illegals, period.
The last version of this had THREE times the money UKR than spent on ‘something for the border’ and FOUR time the money than for ISR.
Despite what they say, this is ALL for Ukraine with some grift money for our supposed border guardians tossed in.
