The new msm line is the NY Times saying that Trump is "privately discussing" trying to implement a nationwide 16 week abortion ban.
They've been pretty successful when riling people up over abortion. So that's going to be the "go to" tactic as indictments/convictions lose steam. They're going to figure they can scrape at least 4 points out of it.
Just watch. "16 week national abortion ban" is going to be the new hot-button issue.

2% difference ............. the democrat federal and PA machine will obliterate a 2%, 4% ....20% spread.
The thing is that the republican party has not addressed voter fraud.
What are Republicans doing about: 1. The Democrat Party’s ballot registration fraud operations in 2024? 2. Bloated Voter Rolls lead to massive voter fraud. 3. Real-Time Voter Roll Access 4.
