"I don’t think there is any scenario where this [isn't] a bad situation for the prosecutor. At the minimum, it will distract from the core information of the case and delay the trial," Scott Cummings, the Robert Henigson Professor of Legal Ethics at the UCLA School of Law, told ABC News.

It’s a time of kicking back and reflecting with a glass of that Gray Goose...
The whole case is a sham professor smartie pants
For those that missed it
The state turned on Wade’s partner and lawyer at the end of the day Friday
This was the guy that was claiming client privilege over and over again
The state suddenly claimed he has a “bias against wade” and impeached the witness
But by doing so opened up a big can of worms that may have breached the lawyer client privilege
Stay tuned

🔥🔥🔥Ashleigh Merchant confirmed to me: “Yes, I spoke directly on a number of occasions with Bradley. He reviewed my pleadings for accuracy before I filed them. He unequivocally told me the personal & romantic relationship began prior to Wade receiving the contract as a special prosecutor on this case.”
when might we hear the outcome of this hearing?
So… there’s NO higher court with the authority to call out this nonsensical decision???
One of the state's witnesses "had a doctor's appointment" on the second day, and that burned up some time.
As I understand it, the judge is going to render a decision after "considering the facts in camera."
I believe I heard that the judge was going to take two weeks for his deliberations, but I'm not sure about that.
The “decision” referenced in the headline has nothing to do with Donald Trump, at least not directly.
The judge is considering whether the DA in the RICO case against Trump and a bunch of other “co-defendants” should be disqualified, i.e. thrown off the case.
This is because she was doin’ the nasty with the attorney she hired to try the case. Long story.
The reason: She believes she is entitled because of her race.
She don't give a tinker's damn about that.
Her Daddy - to whom she talks ten times a day, according to her testimony last Friday - was a founding member of the Black Panther Party in California, back in the 60s.
She’s a black woman. NOTHING WILL HAPPEN!
so do they continue with any additional hearings or did they pretty much wrap it up even though the 2nd day got a late start?
appreciate the deets...
No news yesterday or today, so I’m assuming they ended the testimony phase after two days, as planned.
The judge is sympathetic to Fani Willis (she used to be his boss) but he’s under a spotlight.
If he doesn’t toss her, the case is going to be tried by an admitted perjurer and his boss, also an admitted perjurer. And more is coming out about her and her relationship with the guy she hired to try the case. Almost every day, more embarrassing/damning details come out.
If he does toss her, the RICO case against Trump is probably ovah.
and the judge is a white man.
Yep.
...and the Republican Governor of the state has remained silent on the matter.
If you’re going after Tru.p there are no rules. She will be allowed to continue otherwise there may not be a trial a conviction before the election and there is no higher raison d’etre right now.
I would imagine Fani is “safe”, as her state is so full of injustice.
Here’s to seeing it tossed!
