Consider the constituents she represented. Hawaii is the most liberal state of them all.
I think she left Congress, because she no longer felt her personal views were in line with her constituents.

I can’t watch people who harp on”democracy.” Everyone pounds the word and have no clue what it means and the fact that the word does NOT EXIST in the Constitution nor Declaration. People could maybe catch a clue if they ever recited the Pledge of allegiance to our Flag.

Fair point.
In her defense we must remember that the most severe abuses of the Democrats have been in the last few years when she was not in the Congress—so she could not “act”.
Imho this is a close call.
