If the US military cannot eliminate the Houthis how pray tell will we defend a Chinese blockade or invasion of Taiwan?
This should be a major wake up call.
Decent question, but might be an apple and oranges comparison. A blockade involves a navy that we can challenge/go around/sink as does an invasion. Whether we’d be successful or not can be questioned.
The Houthis are launching their Iranian missiles from lots of places in what I assume is pretty empty desert not from fixed bases we can target. Their smaller stuff, drones, subs, etc. can likewise be launched from anywhere.
Perhaps if Biden just tells them to stop. Certainly worked with Putin and the illegals at the border. /s
