There is a whole generation raised on gummies that prefer gummy medicine to tablets
I know about Cipro; scary. But it’s the only thing that will treat my nuclear UTIs. Thankfully, they’ve dwindled to only once or twice a year (D-mannose has helped).
UTIs are dangerous to us who have artificial hips, as the proximity of the regions can infect the hips, often requiring revision surgeries, months of recovery, etc. That’s my bugaboo.

Terrible prices for what I consider junk food. There’s nothing on this list that I would ever eat. I wonder how much prices rose on better groceries and brands.

we just have to resolve to ourselves that we don't need half the stuff we think we do....
discount shop, shop only sales, and stock up when things are on sale....garden and can...
I will add is to NOT be taking antibiotics willy nilly....your body is capable of fighting many infections...give it a chance....taking a short antibiotic spurt will only lessen the effect of antibiotics later on when one might really need it....and of course, antibiotics have no effect on viruses.
