Ukraine’s Counteroffensive Plan was Leaked to Russia Ahead of Time, Says Zelensky
Breitbart ^ | 02/26/2024

Russia knew Ukraine’s counteroffensive plans before they began in 2023, Ukraine’s Volodymyr Zelensky said in frank admissions that came alongside a rare discussion of military casualties in the two-year war.

Ukraine’s top-secret war plan was leaked to Russia last year, presumably a contributing factor to what has been broadly accepted as a failed Spring counteroffensive in 2023, but this year Ukraine is creating decoy plans to keep the Kremlin guessing, President Zelensky has said.

Speaking at an event on Sunday commemorating the second anniversary of the relaunch of the now ten-year-old invasion and occupation of Ukraine by Russia, Zelensky revealed for the first time Russian intelligence had managed to acquire plans for its much-vaunted counteroffensive against the occupiers last year. He said: “Our counteroffensive action plans were on the Kremlin’s table before the counteroffensive actions began”.

Really? Don’t tell me the incompetent bimbos in Russia had spies in Ukraine to discover their plan? Or maybe in the US even since the plan would have been reviewed by about 5000 millitary officers and support service contractors in the Pentagon before we agreed to it.

And the NYT has
“The Spy War: How the C.I.A. Secretly Helps Ukraine Fight Putin
For more than a decade, the United States has nurtured a secret intelligence partnership with Ukraine that is now critical for both countries in countering Russia.”
A limited hangout?

Duh? Do realize much of Ukraine is Russian, even though 4 million fled to Russia at the start, many are loyal to Mother Russia, on the ground spies are numerous even in western Ukraine, evidenced by many of the Ukie high value targets getting hammered all over Ukraine.

Well in that case, send more money! Now that we know what went wrong it would be mean for us not to give them another chance.

In organizations there’s almost always someone whose only power it to screw things up for someone else. This is the guy who keys a car even though he won’t see the face of the owner. This is the guy who throws trash on a neighbor’s lawn. They’re everywhere. Sometimes it’s not power, but stupidity. The US Navy briefed a Senator on why the Japanese had not sunk many US subs. Turns out they didn’t know how deep US subs could go. When a reporter asked the senator about it, he said, “The stupid Japanese are setting their depth charges too high.” The Japanese immediately corrected and started sinking subs. Where there isn’t malfeasance or treason, there’s just plain stupidity.

Facing Catastrophic Consequences New York Times
Now Outlines Construct of Ukraine as USA Proxy Province

February 26, 2024 | Sundance | 11 Comments

I find it very interesting this report surfaces in the New York Times and not The Washington Post first.  This material distinction showcases the motive for the outline is heavily domestic in nature; meaning, the core of domestic USA politics (specifically the White House) needs to admit that Ukraine is a proxy province in order to retrigger support for policy.

[Inside Baseball] – Watch the responses to this report from CNN (State Dept) carefully and watch the responses from WaPo (CIA/Intel).

The more subtle and/or quiet the response(s), the more certain these influence institutions were collaborating on the material report to the New York Times.

The White House is admitting the CIA and larger IC apparatus, which includes the State Dept., has been heavily controlling all activity in Ukraine for the past decade.  The only reason to admit this now very publicly is because they are losing voter support.  THIS EXPLAINS WHY BIDEN IS CALLING FOR A WHITE HOUSE MEETING!!

The US’s Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) maintains 12 secret bases in Ukraine along the border with Russia, and last Thursday CIA chief William Burns made his 10th secret visit to Ukraine since the start of Russia’s full-scale invasion.

The Times is now reporting the USA (State Dept.) was responsible for the coup in Ukraine (color revolution) and took control over political operations in 2014.   We have long suspected this; many have reported exactly this reality; however, this is the first time it has all been admitted.

(NYT) – The C.I.A.’s partnership in Ukraine can be traced back to two phone calls on the night of Feb. 24, 2014, eight years to the day before Russia’s full-scale invasion.

Millions of Ukrainians had just overrun the country’s pro-Kremlin government and the president, Viktor Yanukovych, and his spy chiefs had fled to Russia. In the tumult, a fragile pro-Western government quickly took power.

The government’s new spy chief, Valentyn Nalyvaichenko, arrived at the headquarters of the domestic intelligence agency and found a pile of smoldering documents in the courtyard. Inside, many of the computers had been wiped or were infected with Russian malware.

“It was empty. No lights. No leadership. Nobody was there,” Mr. Nalyvaichenko said in an interview.

He went to an office and called the C.I.A. station chief and the local head of MI6. It was near midnight but he summoned them to the building, asked for help in rebuilding the agency from the ground up, and proposed a three-way partnership. “That’s how it all started,” Mr. Nalyvaichenko said. (read more)

Source: The New York Times, based on more than 200 interviews with current and former officials in Ukraine, the United States and Europe.

The report tries to paint various Ukraine officials as the originators of the operation to use Ukraine as the tip of the spear against the Russia construct; however, it doesn’t take a deep weeds walker to realize that part of the narrative is needed to protect the U.S. foreign influence policy from public ridicule.

The White House needs support for their Ukraine proxy.  The public opposition to that continued policy agenda is a problem.  The politicians are caving to pressure from the people.  The IC needs to change the narrative urgently; thus the admission takes place.

Ukraine really hasn’t figured it out.
They are fighting Russia because the US put Zelinski in power as a Soros puppet and interfered with it’s internal political structure. I believe that. I believe that 50 years from now the history will say that. Why? The motivation appears to be monetary, it’s a great place to launder State Department, CIA, and US taxpayer money into Deep State projects/people.

The Biden Administration isn’t supplying for Ukraine to win, or they would have ensured enough air power for the 2023 offensive. So, the Biden Administration may have been the ‘leak’ to Russia...or at least to China which has become the same thing. The war must continue while both sides have deaths.

I am not cheering for either side, I am hoping for peace because it’s a stupid war with stupid prizes.

Thank You, General, that is an absolutely true incident, and the reason that the US Naval Submarine Service is called "The Silent Service", Submarine Sailors don't discuss secret stuff with outsiders.

Excuses excuses. It’s not exactly the height of military intelligence to notice the build up, the endless news stories, movement of equipment, signals Intel etc. This is just Zelinsky with another “stab in the back” story to explain his incompetence. Glad the Reich is losing.

Likely Andri Yermak, head of the Presidential Administration which oversees Parliament and manages the office of the President. The Presidential Administration actually runs the country. Zelenski is actually just a glorified PR guy.

Yermak is Russian, worked for the FSB and his father worked for the KGB; both still have ties. Yermak also ordered the mine fields, separating Crimea from the rest of the country, removed shortly before Feb 2020, allowing Russian 57th Army to enter the south unopposed.

Methinks Zelensky should have stuck to sitcoms since his current dramatic series is about to be canceled.
