Wade and Willis...there licenses may be up for grabs. One media site kept saying it over and over...you can’t lie under oath...and she was under oath.

He’ll be cross-examined by some pretty sharp lawyers for the defense. And his (and Wade’s and Willis’s) perjury is obvious, even if not acknowledged just yet.

She’s elected...Not sure what the choices are for the judge and on what he must base his decision. No matter what...if she and Wade lied on the stand they are guilty of perjury...and that’s a crime.
Of course, normal people like us, can’t lie under oath. These people are scum sucking dirtbags. When they lie, and they will, no one will do anything about it. I know that sucks, but that is reality. But, we can still hope for the best.

..Bradley is not likely a witness with information on those calls and visits between Wade and Willis. However, opposing counsel has been trying to get Bradley to discuss disclosures made to opposing counsel before the filing of the original motion. That quickly became mired in privilege assertions...

Now we will just have to see if it is live-streamed and if so where we can watch it. I will be suspicious if streaming is not allowed and we have to rely on the media's reporting of Bradley's testimony.
imho, when bradley revisits the witness stand, mcafee needs to intervene and ask in open court if bradley is giving testimony of his own free volition or if he (bradley) is under duress (IOW, is he under threat of blackmail or some other future illegal action if he answers in certain ways and not in other certain ways).
imho, same rigamarole for wade if wade is recalled to the witness stand.

Forgive me if my memory is faulty, but IIRC, according to a poster here on FR, Georgia law compels “open trials”, to include video. Streaming that video would be up to a third party.
It’ll be live streamed. That was the purpose of behind closed doors...to see what is protected and what is not.

The appeals system is the firewall. If the lawfare prevails at the local level I pray the firewall holds. I could be wrong, but I believe the Georgia lawfare will fail at the local level.
