DC has three electoral votes. Since ‘64 the RATS got those three votes in every presidential election except DJT was able to get one vote.

How is that possible DC is not a State. Was there some law in 1964 that gave them Statehood, that all have missed all these years? The representative for DC has no vote possible on US wide issues and laws— and is not a representative of a State. Enlighten FReepers, please.
You are probably thinking of Maine. They do proportional electors.
