Daily Mail says a US spokesperson confirms the reported death and says the ambassador did not die.

Is this phrasing because they don't want to disclose if the diplomat was male or female, or is this one of those non-binary or multiple-personality people? Language is getting hard to follow.
Now as for conspiracies who knows. Could be #diedsuddenly. Could be natural causes. Could be drugs. Could be suicide. Could be lovers dispute. Botched robbery. Could be assassination but there are a lot of assassins in the world could be Israeli, Arab, or maybe even Russian!
Does that mean the report of his death was greatly exaggerated...or that an embassy staff person of a lower rank than ambassador was found dead?
I just checked 2 reliable Israeli news sources and neither has a story about any American diplomats being found dead in a Jerusalem apartment. I also see how this Express article goes from discussing this supposed death to criticism of Israel’s Gaza actions, in the same article. I’d need more details, a lot more details, before I’d buy into this Express article.

MSM frequently misuses ‘diplomat’. Israeli reports the death of an ‘embassy employee’, and it may be a consular office and not embassy. If it’s actually an American, might take awhile to notify relatives here.
It doesn't say he was an Ambassador, only that he was a Diplomat. What's the difference?
