Death of an Insurrection
Declassified ^ | 3/4/24 | Julie Kelly

Posted on 03/06/2024 6:02:39 AM PST by CFW

On the day Donald Trump was scheduled to stand trial in Washington for charges related to the events of January 6, the Supreme Court instead delivered a death blow to the Insurrection.

Obituary

RIP, Insurrection. A young political life with such promise cut short after suffering a series of debilitating injuries over the past three years. Not even the hubris of Liz Cheney, faux outrage of Jamie Raskin, fake tears of Michael Fanone and Don Lemon, podium-pounding screeds of Joe Biden, or nonstop life-sustaining efforts by the entirety of the national news media could save it.

Date of death: March 4, 2024.

Cause of death: All nine justices on the U.S. Supreme Court agreed to reverse the Colorado Supreme Court’s decision to remove Donald Trump from the state’s 2024 ballot for allegedly participating in an “insurrection” on January 6, 2021.

Insurrection will be sorely missed by Andrew Weissmann, Rachel Maddow, Mitt Romney, and so many close friends from MSNBC and the Washington Post.

Until Julie Kelly pointed it out, I didn't think about the fact that March 4th was the date that Jack Smith and his kangaroo court judge wanted to have the trial of Trump in DC. They wanted it on the day before Super Tuesday so it would suck all the oxygen out of the room as the media covered nothing but the trial.

It's rather appropriate that SCOTUS delivered their opinion on that date.

The real insurrection was the Coup-19 stolen election.

“Updated December 20, 2020”

The term “wild” as uttered by Trump was publicly known across the nation over two weeks before January 6th, 2021 according to leftist Business Insider & Yahoo.

“Several pro-Trump Republicans, however, have said they plan to disrupt the formal process, with Representative-elect Marjorie Taylor Greene of Georgia tweeting on Saturday: “On January 6th...I will OBJECT and REJECT the fraudulent electoral votes from several states across the country.’

We dodged a bullet on that one.

Normally this would make sense, and I agree in theory, but at this point any and all legal actions taken against Trump only strengthen him - like powerlines on Godzilla.

If he were in court yesterday his primary numbers would have been even better.

Whether Trump engaged in “insurection” or “rebellion” is a question of fact and at most Congress could specify a court where the question of fact could be adjudicated.

The Democrats may simply refile in a DC federal courthouse.

March 5th We the People rendered a verdict:

President Trump was given the kind of Super Tuesday landslides reserved for popular incumbents.

A real slap in the face to his enemies who tried to cast him as another Adolph Hitler.

Apparently, We the People aren’t buying it at all.

And here’s the thing: either 2020 was stolen or it was not. One side is lying to the people and one side is yelling the truth. Some people deserve to hang for what’s happened over the last 8 years.

Now that we’ve established that Trump is not the villain, who do we turn our gaze to?

"Now that we’ve established that Trump is not the villain, who do we turn our gaze to?"

Certain names continue to pop up wherever troubles occur, such as Mark Elias, David Brock, Lisa Monaco, etc. There are plenty of other bad actors, but there particularly odious scumbags at the center of the tangled web. The real smart ones are more careful about having the spotlight shift in their direction.

But the Left weapon of choice appears to be lawfare. Imagine some of the above, being charged for so much as a traffic ticket in a "red" jurisdiction. No bail, keep them for the legal limit, and do a little digging. Al Capone, obviously guilty of so much more, got nailed on tax evasion. You don't even have to do like they did in New York and change a law in order to go after one person.

Scumbags like the above have plenty of skeletons that could be pulled out of the closet. The question is a matter of will.

I don’t understand why Trump doesn’t simultaneously claim, up to SCOTUS that Jack Smith’s case is double jeopardy. He was already tried and acquitted through the impeachment process.

So the State of Colorado didn’t have .... “standing”?
I don’t think that is the technically correct way to say what happened.
But I would laugh a bit if any of the bed-wetter liberals voice/d their dismay that way.

The conspiracy to overthrow the government contrived by Comey, Brennen, Clinton, et al beginning in 2016 is the most flagrant attack on the Constitution ever.

and it has been erased from history with no one held accountable.

All DC Federal courts should be dissolved. They have become nothing but tools of law fare by the Deep State, and an incubator for indoctrinated potential SC Justices.
