There will be much standing ovation from the democrats in an effort to run out the clock. Everytime Biden is able to finish a sentence or complete a thought, the democrats will go wild with applause, and strangely enough, it will be from their heart — relief that he was able to get it out. Joe will read the gibberish and get further confused, his speech will be the joke of the day, leading to calls for him to drop out. The gibberish will be deleted from the script, making Joe look the total fool.
