The medical industrial complex gambled with their “authority bias” and lost.

Used car salesmen are held in higher regard.

Why are these people so hellbent on jabbing kids?

Notice, if Mary at 3 years old plays with a football that it’s ok for her Mom to authorize a sex change operation….but if Mom won’t let Mary get the HPV vaccine, Mom is a war criminal.

Most people didn’t have a problem with a few required vaccines back in decades past. Now it’s 20 or 30. Big pharma is taking shortcuts and putting out crap products.
And worst of all, schools and the medical community is far exceeding their rightful lane.

At this point medical policy makers are not to be trusted. A combination of big pharma kickbacks, discipline of doctors who diverge even SLIGHTLY are disciplined. And last, medical school are churning out woke females like it was an assembly line. They are big time conformists and authoritarians.

And then there is mRNA.

They have gone too far and it pisses me off every time they sneer about “parental rights”.

Some children are surrendered to the court system by parents who do not want to deal with the hard, ongoing work of being a parent. They don’t want to be bothered with it.
So, why is this same court intending to involve these reluctant parents into all basic care decisions?

““Children belong to their families, not the state,” said Ragan”

Look at how the author, a New York “medical journalist” with no husband, no kids presents this like it’s super shocking. Very woke.

When I was a kid almost nobody had ADHD or autism or asthma or anything else.

The more “childhood vaccines” they require, the sicker they get.

Refusing dangerous and unnecessary treatments is a "Against Public Health"?!

If "Vaccines" are safe and effective, then a few unvaccinated kids should not be problem.
Especially compared to thousands of unvaccinated illegals.

“a law Tennessee passed last year that requires the direct consent of birth parents or legal guardians”

Yeah, that ought to get some prog panties into a twist.

.

“The law claims to “give parents back the right to make medical decisions for their children.””

Claims or does? Because it’s kinda looking like it does.

.

“they create obstacles to vaccination, the foundation of pediatric care.”

They create obstacles to massive pharma profits and perceived gubbermitt “authoritah.”

.

“People who promote parental rights on vaccines tend to downplay the rights of children,” said Dorit Reiss, a vaccine policy researcher at the University of California.

OK, now they switch from parents rights to the children’s rights.

.

legislators in Arizona, Iowa, and West Virginia have introduced related consent bills. A “Parents’ Bill of Rights” amendment in Oklahoma seeks to ensure that parents know they can exempt their children from school vaccine mandates along with lessons on sex education and AIDS.

OOPS! back to the parents... I am getting nauseated bouncing back and forth.

.

Backlash also followed a notice sent to doctors from Michelle Fiscus, then the state’s immunization director. She reminded them that they didn’t need parental permission to vaccinate consenting adolescents 14 or older,

ARGGLUGGLUG, back to the kids.

.

“Children belong to their families, not the state,” said Ragan as he presented the bill at a state hearing in April 2023.

Kids belong to the parents? Who knew?

.

Deborah Lowen, then the deputy commissioner of child health at the Department of Children’s Services, was flooded with calls from doctors who now face jailtime and fines for vaccinating minors without adequate consent.

Annnnd we are back to perceived gubbermint “authoritah.”

Dramamine? Anyone have any Dramamine?

.

Some folks will be anti-vaccine forever. However, many of us, having true STEM credentials, are smart enough to read what’s available and realize that MRNA “vaccines” are not vaccines and are also not ready for prime time. The gubment (always incompetent) and the pharma industry (which has assumed the Dorkbama bend over position to the gubmit) is no longer believable in light of the readily available published studies showing considerable doubt as to the ability of existing MRNA ‘technology’ to do anything beyond generating considerable profits for Pfizer et al. No science experiments for me - and many others.

The recommended vaccines for birth through age 18 number in the dozens: https://www.cdc.gov/vaccines/schedules/hcp/imz/child-adolescent.html

Hepatitis shots for a newborn? Unreal.

Anyone who thinks this many vaccines are good for children is deceived.

“Authorities” requiring any COVID vaccine, especially for kids, need to be fired or drummed out of office.

There is absolutely NO reason to mandate COVID shots for anyone, especially younger people.

If the blowback is that parents have to give permission for all shots, well, that is what it always should have been.

To think this is a problem is showing you are insane.

The desert religions of Jew, Muslim and Christian place the family at the center of any effort to establish a society. Now the idea has become controversial?

Some 30 years ago I had a nurse at our PCP’s office threaten me about vaccines when I told my daughter, who HATED the shots, that I wished she didn’t have to get them. The nurse told me that *We would have a real problem with that* in a very threatening manner. I was shocked. Don’t know how she misinterpreted that comment but that was enough for me.

I just looked at her and thought, I NEVER said I wouldn’t get her them. All I said was that I wished she didn’t need them, as if wishing that serious diseases didn’t exist so vaccinations were not necessary was a problem.

Needless to say we very soon afterwards found a different PCP.

In 1979, eleven babies died of SIDS in one county in Tennessee.

They all had received the same vaccine from the same batch at around the same time.

“In Florida, the medical skeptic leading the state’s health department..”

That is all I needed to read to parse out the bias of the article. KFF is a big cheerleader for those “experts” who steered COVID policies and those results.

One pamphlet described the toll of a 2018-19 measles outbreak in Washington state that sickened 72 people, most of whom were unvaccinated, costing $76,000 in medical care, $2.3 million for the public health response, and an estimated $1 million in economic losses due to illness, quarantine, and caregiving.
.....

Let’s unpack this:

72 people, most of whom were unvaccinated, costing $76,000 in medical care,
....
MOST is a wiggle word. How many MOST?

76000 dollars in care is a little more than 1000 dollars in care each on average. Not an unusual amount to spend on Healthcare when ill. Easily met when mandatory blood work x-rays and other tests are needed to defend against lawsuits.
...........
........

$2.3 million for the public health response
...

This is the government’s chosen response. Ads interviews. Internet alerts and other budget busting choices.

.......
.......

an estimated $1 million in economic losses due to illness, quarantine, and caregiving.
....
Each of the 76,000 lost or caused the loss on average $13.57 due to illness quarantine and caregiving.

.................

Either measles are no big deal or they can’t count.
