California Federal District Court Judge Cormac J. Carney stiff-armed the DOJs Terrorism and Export Crimes Section out of Los Angeles and nailed them for selective prosecution. The decision to dismiss the federal charges against two men who at some point became members of a group characterized as “white supremacist” was based on the fact that Antifa did as bad or worse that day and at other events where both groups were represented and Antifa wasn’t prosecuted.

maybe re-posted because the words of the day today seem to be “selective prosecution”?

seems to be a lot of it going on but few judges strong enough to base a ruling on it.

I totally think it’s relevant for you to post this today, or even for PJ Media to take an old article from last month and move it up to their front page today as a flashback.

But if they publish an article on March 14 about something that happened on Feb. 21 they should not say “ Finally: Federal Judge Nails DOJ” because that makes it sound like they are reporters reporting news rather than commentators “finally” getting around to talking about last month’s news.
