Better yet, any non-electric thing. Stoves, furnaces, water heaters, or use of any airplane, boat, train. Or steel, plastic, asphalt, etc.

Meanwhile, in the free(er) State of Texas, this is the last year to require emissions testing of automobiles.
My guess is “the government” will take over all trains and railroads...at some point..and exempt itself and its employees drom the rules.

Easy case for the courts. Simply ask that Congress (stupidly) gave the Executive Branch so much leeway to regulate ‘harmful pollutants’ did they (Congress) also intend to allow the Executive Branch to outlaw petroleum vehicles?
If not, then kill the mandate and tell Biden to first get a vote from Congress if he wants to take that step.

Why hasn’t the SC released the Chevron decision? If that goes the way it should Traitor Joe won’t be able to do this. The fact they haven’t released it makes me nervous. If it goes the wrong way we will know what misery really feels like.
