A conservative social media influencer is facing federal charges for allegedly breaching the US Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021, and helping pass a stolen table out a broken window, according to court records made public Monday.

Isabella Maria DeLuca, who boasts more than 333,000 followers on X, was arrested last Friday in California, more than three years after the chaos at the Capitol.

The 24-year-old Long Island native and former congressional intern was one of several rioters who allegedly passed a table from a US Senate terrace room to others outside the building that was then used against law enforcement, according to the feds.

“This table was subsequently used to assault law enforcement officers guarding the Lower West Terrace Tunnel,” an affidavit written by an FBI agent states.

Stealing a table is child’s play compared to the Clinton’s looting the WH china.

I was there Jan 6 and hate the sham trials and ensuing fraud.

That said, people who were stealing and breaking stuff need to be jailed.

F this guy.

I agree with this sentiment.
Antifa even more. At least BLM got to claim they were for civil rights. Antifa had no excuse to exist except for terrorism.

While the Jan6 prosecutions are a political crusade, what happened that day is also nothing to sneeze at. While, I don’t think that people who walked peacefully through the rotunda inside the pedestrian rope lines should be rotting in jail, I also think you should know better than to (allegedly) take a table and throw it out a window. “this is the people’s house” is not an excuse.

I do think it got out oh hand on Jan 6th. With that said, most folks there thought they were on a stroll.

My larger point is that for the last 50 years I’ve seen nothing but the political left marching, rioting, blocking free speech, blocking roads, protesting, doing sit ins, harassing politicians, starting fires, harassing judges....the list goes on and on. Has a week ever gone by when the left isn’t doing some crazy and/or violent?

Then one time...one time... a protest from the political right gets out of hand and all of a sudden its the end of the world, the end of democracy, the end of times, an insurrection!!! Everyone involved must do 5 years in jail...minimum!!!

Sheesh....Give me a freaking break.

Exactly, a handful of people caused property damage and they should pay for that. The strollers should get a hand slap. The trespassers should be given a $50 fine and that's the end of it.

“Social media influencer”

How does one qualify for job as an influencer? What does it pay? What universities off a degree plan for that? What pronouns should I use when addressing one? etc etc etc

If we can’t get Trump back in the White House to put the Deep State out of business the FBI will be pulling septuagenarians
out of nursing homes in 2050 and throwing them in their Jan. 6 GULAG.

It’s interesting that the article describes this person as being a “rioter” and NOT an “insurrectionist”.

Demonstrators armed with nothing more than smart phones are locked up for years because they were near the capitol on Jan. 6.

But police Lieutenant Michael Byrd gets a medal and a promotion to Captain for murdering Ashli Babbitt in cold blood.

Political right? Don’t buy into the narrative. This was not political right, MAGA or any conservative. This was staged, paid actors/activists from the left to go after 45.

From the movie several years back - That’s because the leftards are the grasshoppers and Americans are the ants - they know they are greatly outnumbered and as soon as the ants realize that, they would swamp the grasshoppers and kick them out for good. Can’t have that happening. So daily propaganda to isolate non-leftards, keep them ignorant of what’s going on, and bring the hammer down on the slightest deviation from the ruling grasshopper’s commands to keep the masses of ants in line.

If they didn’t take the table off premise, then the table wasn’t stolen, it was only relocated!

Who is Isabella DeLuca? Influencer’s Wiki, Age, and Rise to Stardom

The 23-year-old conservative influencer Isabella DeLuca, born on February 1, 2000, became embroiled in a heated online feud with ex-Major League Baseball star Aubrey Huff. The dispute ignited when Huff’s tweet appeared to downplay DeLuca’s achievements, reducing them solely to her sexuality and triggering widespread controversy.

“what” they were rioting for should be irrelevant if justice really is blind.

The government should never be in the business of deciding which speech is protected and which is not. And by selectively prosecuting for the most part ONLY Republicans and in particular the J6 protestors while thousands of BLM rioters were given a wink and a nod is disgraceful and should be unlawful. Or if you want a more direct comparison, the occupy movement took over the Wisconsin state capital about a decade ago and occupied it for nearly a MONTH!

How was THAT not “insurrection” !?

I find this selective application of the law infuriating
