NY has many, They own gas stations and sell cheaper gas, smokes, and booze with less taxes. The line of cars from around Niagra Falls is endless, and many come from Canada. again since the Lockdown was lifted. That line on the Bridge is bumper to bumper. Alabama has the same setup.
You can’t get gas that cheap on a Military base. It is the highest in any area.
