There seems to be a high degree of similarity between ISIS and the CIA.
So much for Russia blaming, and others who will remain unnamed for demanding, that Ukraine or the US carried out the attack.
After the attack the gunmen got out of Moscow, raced south and were apprehended close to the Ukrainian/Nulandia border. These terrorists were hired and paid by as yet unknown persons. Given that Ukraine has committed assassinations in Moscow and terror attacks against the Kerch bridge (tricking a truck driver into driving an ied over the bridge killing him and other drivers around him) my money is on Cocainsky.

Even the Russian Spokeswoman was asking how the State Department is certain Ukraine wasn’t involved within a few short hours with no presence in Russia or in the investigation.
The building was still on fire when we confirmed Ukraine was innocent.
