Federal judges are busy claiming that there is no “real” invasion (Article 4 section 4). And it’s hard to get rid of federal judges. Meanwhile Biden ignores court rulings he doesn’t like.

Well, since NONE of the 'judges' happen to be the Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces...

...and  Article One, Section Eight of the Constitution says "Congress shall have power to ... declare War."
