If Europe is going to worry about who is going to attack them, it should be the country that took out the Russian gas pipe line.

By now they know who that is and they know it is not Russia.

The attack on that pipeline was both an attack on Russia and Europe.

My first guess would be the US CIA for the organization responsible for the attack.

It sure appears that theNATO powers may be looking for a war with Russia. I don't necessarily think that a war was Biden's original intent but if Ukraine is being ground down by the Russians using Zhukov style attacks, the collective West may want to send in ground troops. No doubt there are Western mercenaries who have been “bleached” from the American Special Forces, the British SAS, et. al. If the Ukrainians collapse later this year, NATO may want a pretext to place uniformed French, German, and Polish units to fight the Russians. There is a need to have some incident to provide public support in the West.

The Russian Defense Minister has reportedly blamed the Ukrainians, Americans, and British for the attack on.the concert. Putin intensified bombing attacks on Kiev and infrastructure targets. That punishes Ukraine. The West would like him to attack Poland, Finland or the Baltic states. However, the Russians did not blame Poland. The other culprits are the Anglosphere nations.

I don't know whether the takedown of the Key Bridge was an accident or sabotage. I don't know that if it was sabotage, the Russians or the Chinese would be able to direct a cargo ship. But if that capacity exists and it could be done by Moscow or Beijing, it would be a warning shot to Biden, Blinken, etc., that Russia has the capacity to seriously damage American infrastructure. If something equally bad happens to Britain, that would strengthen the case of Russian retaliation.
