Mayor Eric Adams took aim at a woke criminal defense lawyer who downplayed the murder of Police Officer Jonathan Diller as a “rare occurrence” — and instead focused on cops who have “killed” citizens.
The mayor fired back while talking to anti-cop, “abolitionist thinker” Olayemi Olurin on iHeartMedia’s “The Breakfast Club” Friday morning — after she tried to rip Adams for not caring enough about alleged police brutality.
Adams quickly tried to shut her down.
“I’m not going to dismiss the loss of a life of an innocent person that wears a uniform,” he said.
The confrontation on the show — which is hosted by Charlamagne Tha God and DJ Envy — began when Olurin labeled Adams a “fearmonger” as she defended the controversial cashless bail law, arguing that most freed defendants aren’t rearrested.

Judging by the DAs and lawyers they have, I’m starting to believe that the only requirement to obtain a law license in New York is the ability to write your name in crayon.
He’s great that guy, I read he put a stop to that whole squatter scam crap that is going on today in the rest of the country especially here in New York where I unfortunately live. You would think OTHER governors would do this, but apparently basic common sense is a rare thing.

DeSantis doesn't spend years ignoring the obvious - he just goes in and fixes things. Our kids went to school during the pandemic, the DA's Soros helped get into office - DeSantis got rid of, we don't teach critical race theory in ANY of our Florida schools and sex kink education is NOT taught to kids K - third grade (the parental rights bill that sexual weirdos dubbed 'the don't say gay' bill). Oh, and he sent 50 illegals to Martha's Vineyard then put out a rumor he was going to send another 50 and had almost a hundred reporters camped out at some small airport near Clearwater (it was a joke the press didn't think was funny_... Lots of DeSantis stories...I might have gotten some of the facts wrong but I'm close...

He also went after Briggs for charging a bodega worker with murder for defending himself. It puts him in a bind, as a Democrat, but he tries to be a little more anti-crime than the average NYC Democrat.
I must be living in the Twilight zone because I just do not understand how anyone can be against any of that, it’s COMMON SENSE!! WHY would anyone be against that? I can understand a few nuts being for squatters, CRT, illegals, perv books in schools, but not on the scale it is today with democrats. What the hell is wrong with that party?
It’s like they all went insane. They keep talking about banning guns as if they care about lives, yet they are fanatical about abortion, illegals, arming the Taliban, giving Iran billions, victimizing people, it’s unreal, I do not get it at all.
Almost every day I debate them on Twitter or Facebook, and it’s like trying to get through a brick wall, it truly is like speaking to insane people. I had a guy a few months ago who told me “Under communism everybody is rich” WHAT? I told him “You know who’s rich? The politicians. Everybody else waits on bread lines” He was absolutely serious, he just had no concept of facts and history.
I’m with you on this.
I know how liberals pulled off the changes - and I’m starting to use the same tactics. We CAN fight back... we can overcome the insanity of these ‘things’ - or whatever they are...
