US billionaire Elon Musk, known for his controversial statements about the war in Ukraine, has suggested that Russia could "hit the Dnipro" and capture Odesa.
...
The longer the war goes on, the more territory Russia will gain until they hit the Dnipro, which is tough to overcome. However, if the war lasts long enough, Odesa will fall too.
Whether Ukraine loses all access to the Black Sea or not is, in my view, the real remaining question. I recommend a negotiated settlement before that happens."
More details: At the same time, Musk did not call on Western countries to increase aid to Ukraine in order to prevent his predictions from coming true.

Russia "could" do whatever they wanted in Ukraine if they "took the gloves off" and "didn't hold back" for two years now. Yes, it could have. But, the slow grind saves Russian lives.
And, that the Ukrainian defense lines are crumbling due to a shortage of manpower, the Russians are gaining ground daily with minimal causalities.
It should be obvious to anyone with functioning brain that Russians should take out the entire Ukrainian electric grid if they wanted to.

Yes. Musk is interesting subject.
Brilliant real world engineer. (except the whole EV idea, too many battery issues and economic cost issues.)

Pro Russian supporters have made declarations of imminent victory just like that, for obvious reasons just like those, for two years.
We are still waiting for it to happen. More of the usual talk is not winning the war for Russia.

So when did they start spelling Odessa with one “s” instead of two?

Oh, is that the official excuse now?
Because to most of us, it just looks like Russia's military is fairly incompetent

So when did they start spelling Odessa with one “s” instead of two?I think that's the required GloboHomoNazi/Uke Mainstream Media Narrative/Virtue Signal spelling.
I didn't change the Yahoo-Ukrainska Pravda Headline.

Musk seems to be a military expert.

the Russians are gaining ground daily with minimal causalities. You should study English more. "Minimal" doesn't mean "very many", like the 17,000 Russians who died in the recent assault on Avdiivka. They lost almost five hundred Russian soldiers per square kilometer.
To: canuck_conservative
They are saving Russian lives by sending their troops out in the open to get ripped apart by drones. The “slow grind” is the relentless effect of Ukrainian shrapnel on Russians that would much rather be at home with their families than getting killed for Putin’s ego.

The numbers you're citing are completely made up with no evidence whatsoever to support them.
