Clearly, they didn’t come to “arrest” him.

The second video shows agents approaching the front door of the home where one officer applies what appears to be tape to obscure the doorbell camera on Malinowski’s home. The Stasi strike again.

I support law enforcement. ATF is NOT “law enforcement”, it is tyranny in action.

They could have picked him up at work. He works in an airport and would be unarmed.

“Raid gone wrong” means target located and neutralized? Sad for the family of the accused.

Frankly Scarlett I read about a paragraph and quit.
This is more of the US Congress spitting on the rights of the American people while ignoring their responsibility to the American people to protect the individual rights enumerated in the Constitution.
Is there anyone who thinks we are not living in a police State where every agency of the executive branch of government is blessed with police powers and the ability to go after whomever they will among “We the People”?
Congress is blessed with maybe thirty or forty elected folks who get it. The rest of them are part of the police state. There are way too many alphabet agencies enjoying the blessings of the Congress as they wield their police powers in various early morning theatrical performance designed to educate the American people into who’s boss.
We get it! Victims are dead and soon forgotten.

“The Malinowski home is almost 3000 square feet. It was 6am. Mr. Malinowski apparently had no idea he was under law enforcement scrutiny. The justification for the search involved suspicion of a crime carrying a puny 0–6-month U.S. Sentencing guideline range which typically results in a sentence of probation or more often probation ending with complete dismissal (pre-trial diversion),” he added.

The affidavit describes Malinowski purchasing over 150 guns between May 2021 and Feb. 2024, many of them online. 6 of those firearms were found to be involved in crimes, and 3 were bought by undercover ATF agents. Undercover agents bought firearms from Malinowski who was acting as an unlicensed vendor at a gun show. He did not ask the agents for ID or paperwork, and told them he sells at gun shows in Benton, Conway, and a music hall in Memphis.

***some of which were reportedly used in crimes—and for misrepresenting his purpose on purchase forms.****
I remember when Little Rock and other cities would sell confiscated firearms at auction or straight to dealers. Also gun stores would sell you a firearm, no questions asked, just look old enough, No purchase forms. Cash and carry. All before Dec 1968. Wish I had kept those I bought back then.
The 1968 gun control law was supposed to stop crime. It has failed.

Protected and served the sh*t out of him.
We all feel safer now, right? Good use of tax payer dollars? Thin Blue Line went home safe and that’s all that matters?
Even if you THINK you are following the law... When the Law Enforcers don’t give a crap about the “limits” on the law... This happens.
Again, and again, and again.

to engage in the business of importing, manufacturing, or dealing in firearms,
= = =
Just what is ‘dealing in firearms’?
I might tell the guys at the range that my rifle is for sale.
Is that dealing?
Then the legal sale would be a transfer through an FFL.
