I watch a fair amount of podcasts/news programs on economics/business. The general belief is that two lessening’s of the prime rate will occur...first in mid-summer (half-a-point) and later in October (half-a-point). There’s some scripted text to say how magnificent these two fight off recession. But no one really believes it’ll spark much change on real estate.
