He said that when Spirit birth happens, you WILL HEAR a SOUND, but will not be able to understand how it happened. That is the case for EVERYONE that is born of the Spirit.

Faith, hope, and charity are to be ever present in the Christian, 24/7/365. The other gifts are whenever God wants to give them.

I grew up in Assembly of God, Four Square, and similar evangelical churches where speaking in tongues was fairly common. That was particularly true among the elder members. None of it ever made sense, and to my young ears it all sounded like some repetition of nonsensical syllables.
It’s considered akin to snake handling among even most evangelicals these days.

Giving the appearance of the gift of tongues is not very helpful if nobody can verify that you really are speaking another language that can be understood. If you do not have a verifiable gift of interpretion available, you also don’t know what you may actually be saying.

That passage doesn’t support your claim. It says nothing about a language that Satan (who, by the way, is a fallen angel) cannot understand.
Praying in tongues and delivering a message in tongues are two different things. You can pray in tongues without the expectation of anyone interpreting your prayer.
This guy publicly prayed in tongues with a bunch of people, Christian and non-Christian, around him, with no interpreter.
That is what I spoke to.
