This is a classic example where boomers are so out of touch with the rest of those who vote and have two to one majority vs the boomers three to one when you include genZ. The vast majority of people favor at a 15 to 20 week or sooner pro-choice. No one cares what religious fundamentalist want that’s less than 20% at most and dying yes dying of the voters bracket. College age women,their boyfriends and their suburban mid 40s moms will crawl over broken glass to keep 15 week and under. That demographic can swamp any pro-choice fundamentalist when not if they show up to the polls. No one cares what old religious white guys think that was lost years ago. That demographic doesn’t have the numbers to be relevant anymore. Gnash teeth and be all butthurt that won’t change the fact that every day boomers die and more and more younger generation get to vote. The compromise is 15 to 20 weeks stop fighting it and move on.

We have a border to secure , Ukraine to stop funding , China to deal with. Don’t even bother to reply back with babies murder blah blah it’s lost on my generation and the younger two behind me and we out number you by far. This is reality accept it and come to the table so we can move on or be crushed and not get any of the outcome you want. Simple as that.

I teach at the University level every other semester I am in touch with that demographic. When was the last time any one had a sit down real conversation with a 20 to 30 year old? I’m betting zero other their their own kids. This is a single issue pull the lever over broken glass issue. The fact that the looser GOP doesn’t walk away and fight for our national security, and other more important issues tells us they are only in it for the money. Less than 20% of all Americans favor a ban on abortion that’s ship sailed deal with it and move on.
