So a majority of Republicans are “RINOs?” I don’t think so. Maybe you just need to see what the GOP stands for. It stands for this. A better argument can be made that the minority of Republicans who voted with the minority are RINOs.

You make a very good point. The majority, who voted for this monstrosity, are not RINOs; they are the real Republican Party. They may pose as CINOs, but are by no means conservatives. The ones who voted against FISA are conservatives, but only identify as Republicans because they have no where else to go. Sad.
There needs to be an opposition party. The Democrats represent the center-left. There is no party that represents the center-right.
There are only two options.
1. Reform the Republican party into a conservative party.
2. Create a new third party that is conservative.
