Mickey, Goofy and Donald want to work in a unionized Disney clubhouse.
The “cast members” who don the costumes of the beloved characters at Disney’s California theme parks filed a petition to have a vote on whether to join the Actors’ Equity Association, the union shop which represents live performers such as Broadway actors and even strippers.
The group organizing the petition said that it had amassed signatures from more than two-thirds of the 1,700 Disneyland employees as of Thursday.

I have no idea, Disney has been unionized since the 70s. I remember I would go there whenever they went on strike. The place was a ghost town. Everything including all the rides were open, just walk right on.
I got so spoiled I refuse to go back if there is no strike.
Well with Disney wanting to be so woke and progressive, let them deal with unions now. Oh, sorry, Betsy, Snow White has to go on her union break.”
Union paychecks? Disney will hike prices AGAIN. Disney may break the $200.00 a day per person mark!

Given the prices Disneyland is charging I can understand how the employees think THEY are “being taken for a ride”. Tickets at Disneyland in California START at $96.
