A battle-torn woman is a suicide waiting to happen - it's a different deal for women. There is a damn good reason that women have been excluded from combat over the centuries. The exceptions are not worth considering.

To be a hero to Bill Clinton is something totally foreign. He does not even know how to be a REAL man. He is a male yes, but NO man.
I agree with you about his connection to Mena Airport, the drug trafficking etc.

This is just my feeling I am going to say here.........

There is NO way a rock star, an actor or actress will ever be a hero to me. Celebrities and I have met and know many of them are just people that have chosen to act for a living. It is just a job a profession. The BAD thing about it is that most, NOT ALL , but MOST celebrities are total socialist and many communists in their beliefs.

Bill Clinton was a draft dodger and even more importantly his loathing of the military was and is obsessive. He hates those in the military because they are the men he could never be. They are the men that in one day went from being a young wide eyed boy with his heart wanting to have a full and long life into a REAL man with not only every day but every second of that day being an unknown factor. The bravery it took for each Veteran in all the wars was beyond what a draft dodger coward like Clinton could ever comprehend.

War is not pretty it is meant to destroy not only things but it has destroyed lives as well .It is not a please and thank you or an excuse me. It is a them or us and I have total respect for ALL the warriors, the Veterans of wars. They faced the devil and stood tall within themselves to do their duty. They should be honored and thanked at every chance a person has. They should have benefits that honor what they gave up and be taken care of by the best of the best in medical care. Not have to wait for 5 hours to be seen and then be given the wrong prescriptions over and over. Their calls should be returned quickly when trying to make appointments with the VA hospitals instead of waiting weeks to hear when they can come in and then the long wait sitting there sometimes an entire day to see someone.

How sad it is that so many do not take the time to go to a VA hospital and visit the bedsides of those that served. To hold a hand, to cheer them up, to thank them or to just sit and listen from ones heart. To just listen .......

Thank you for your posts all of you and for your hearts and souls that care so much. I pray your memories will not only be of the horrors of war for that cannot be helped, but that you will know also without a doubt that there is a respect for you and those that served that is as hard to put into words as it is for you to talk about those days .

Yes there are true heroes and they are not celebrities and top athletes. True Heroes are those that served this nation and helped to keep me free.

God Bless our Veterans and those in our Military right now.
