It may also explain why so many women seem indifferent toward decent conservative guys, but swoon over worthless liberals. By being sexually aggressive, liberal males are stimulating the production of Oxytocin. By being proper and respectful, conservatives males inhibit the production of Oxytocin.

While it would be wrong to generalize to all women, all too often it appears that the more respect you show toward a woman, the more contempt she shows toward you. With women proclaiming with their mouths that all men are jerks, and at the same time their actions are resulting in an illegitimacy rate reaching record levels, you know something isn't tracking here.

For most of human history, the act of seduction has been blamed entirely on men, as if women have no responsibility. That may be closer to the truth than we care to admit.

Have you noticed that, by and large, liberal women are bow wows? Am I out of line here?

I have to say that my conservative/small "l" libertarian hubby is very respectful but also fun. Too many conservative guys end up being so uptight they can't relax. That is where the turn-off is.

The fact is that most women hate males who appear weak unless they have substantial pecuniary resources. Unfortunately there are many women who only respect a powerful male despite protestations by feminists to the contrary. Nice guys usually do finish last. It only makes sense. Why would you want to bond with a male who can't defend you? We're talking basic biological unconscious urges here.

I don't know if I entirely agree with that - I can't think of anything more unmanly than Socialism. Even John Major had a lot more testosterone running around in him than Blair ever has (stories from ex-girlfriends seem to confirm this).

Our leftist opponents are often times weedy little bastards (how much do you want to bet Sideshow Bill has a glass jaw?) who express extreme paranoia over the food they eat (imagine a leftist taking a date to a steak restaurant - impossible, isn't it?) and paranoia about adhering to the feminist socialist orthodoxy of the day. Meanwhile, the true conservative is getting roses for the lady and not giving a bloody damn that he should be having tofu for supper instead.

As for supposed liberal male aggressiveness. This is not so much aggressiveness as is it is perversion. Unable to express themselves in healthy ways, they express themselves in unhealthy ones (think about what Bill did to Juanita, for example). Why might women be keen on this? Well far too many women live up to the old saying, "Treat 'em mean to keep 'em keen." - far too many women see their role in life is to somehow "redeem" bad boys and recycle them. Faced with a good guy, well that's hardly a challenge, is it?
