While it is premature to focus on this aspect of the story in light of the mourning the Nation needs to be doing for the Victims, the Lust Fer Justice that is about to make bin Laden a DeadManWalkin' will be used to hold Clinton and his Traitorous Cadre accountable for their crimes as well!!

I only have time for a brief reply. I don't know of an order, just a subpoena. Ashcroft should comply with the subpoena and produce the documents. He should want Burton to have them. If there are any documents which would truly compromise a legitimate, ongoing investigation, he should tell Burton and let Burton review the douments without getting copies (or work something else out). Burton is a reasonable, trustworthy man. There is no reason to keep anything from him.

Subpoena ad Testificandum, and

Subpoena Duces Tecum.

I prefer to work with a strict deadline, personally. If the Statute of Limitations can be extended beyond 12/31/01, we'll take care of it in December.
