A military man will tell you: You must orient yourself to the field of action, then observe until you grasp the nature of the enemy and the conflict. Only then can you decide on your own objectives, and only then can you act.
I. Threat Assessment:
Yasser Arafat, leader of the "Palestine" Liberation Organization and titular head of the "Palestinian" irredentist forces, proclaimed himself "completely shocked" by the attack on the World Trade Center and the Pentagon. That was what he said in English, in front of reporters. No one knows what he said in Arabic, to his lieutenants and confreres. However, we are aware of a number of previous terrorist incidents in which he has issued weak public condemnations of the acts in English, and has then praised them and encouraged their repetition in Arabic.
" Palestinians" celebrated the terrorist strike along the whole length of the West Bank yesterday. Merchants threw candy and pastries to passers-by. Militiamen fired their rifles into the air to express their glee. Not long after these images first reached American eyes, the records of them were confiscated by "Palestinian" militiamen. But this is only the most recent and horrifying expression of anti-American sentiment among the "Palestinians." There have been reports of mothers encouraging their sons, on camera, to aspire to becoming suicide bombers against Israel.
The Taliban oligarchs of Afghanistan immediately decreed that their client, billionaire terrorist organizer Osama bin Laden, could not possibly have orchestrated the deed, and in any case is no longer known to be in Afghanistan. Osama bin Laden, however, is firmly tied to other terrorist acts that targeted Americans, and may rightly be considered the implacable blood enemy of our nation. The Afghani Taliban has appointed bin Laden to the chieftainship of its militia, has oppressed the longsuffering Afghani people shockingly, and has promised the execution of any dissident, especially one with a message that conflicts with the Taliban's harsh and anti-historical version of Islam.
II. American Objectives.
Our first objective must be to eliminate terrorist threats against America, its people, and their extraterritorial possessions. This cannot be done by identifying known terrorists and their managers and surgically removing them from the world. The animating force of the worldwide terrorist community is a hatred of America and certain of its allies that is absolute, uncompromising, and which transmits itself vertically through the generations of its sustaining populations. No enduring relief from the terrorist threat is possible except by destroying its nutrient cultures. This requires that the virulently anti-freedom belief system and power structure called the Taliban, which harbors Osama bin Laden, must be expunged from power, broken so throughly that it cannot rise again. Osama bin Laden himself, now firmly established as the moving force behind the attacks of September 11, 2001, must be killed, and his followers in word and deed exterminated to the greatest possible extent.
Our second objective must be the termination of the ongoing low-intensity warfare against America's most important Middle Eastern ally, Israel. It is America's association with Israel that has germinated the threats against our own people and possessions. The association will not cease in the foreseeable future. Therefore, Israel must be secured against further terrorist strikes against its own land and people before Americans can feel secure. This requires that the notion of a "Palestinian" national identity be eradicated from the world, and with it, "Palestinian" irredentism, for all time.
III. The Response:
Three weeks hence, an American Expeditionary Force of six divisions, fully equipped with armor and demolition gear, shall join the Israelis in the leveling of all "Palestinian"-controlled areas within 200 miles of Israel's borders. Should any of Israel's neighboring sovereignties protest, we shall offer them the alternative of nuclear bombardment. Any armed resistance by national troops to the movement of the American-Israeli forces shall be regarded as a declaration of war and met with interdiction bombing by the Tactical Air Command.
The three weeks gives us time to position our forces for maximum effectiveness, and time for the "Palestinians" to scatter to the four winds. Any that return must find a wasteland, unfit for human habitation. There shall be no taking of adult male prisoners; any male "Palestinians" over the age of twelve who remain in the area will be summarily executed. "Palestinian" women and prepubescent male children who remain in the area will be forcibly relocated to concentration camps in America. There they will be sterilized, reeducated in the ways of civilized peoples, given green cards and released to go where they please.
Contemporaneously, the greater part of the United States Navy shall transpost the three Marine divisions to the Pakistani coast, where they shall debark under air cover and drive for Afghanistan. If it protests, Pakistan shall be given the option of nuclear subjugation. The Marines and their supporting aircraft shall drive for Kabul and Kanduhar, where they shall locate, close with, and destroy all armed elements of the Taliban. There shall be no taking of prisoners.
As with the expedition against the "Palestinian" irredentists, it will take about three weeks to maneuver our forces into place and commence combat operations. In that time, the Taliban oligarchs and their client Osama bin Laden may scatter. Our forces must insure that they have no power base awaiting their return. All available munitions, including nuclear explosives, shall be at the Marines' disposal for this purpose, with full tactical discretion devolved to the lowest possible level, preferably company commanders.
If Osama bin Laden is not captured nor killed in the above operations, a bounty of one hundred million dollars shall be put upon his head, to be paid upon CIA-verified identification of his body, whether alive or dead. SEAL Team Six shall be permanently assigned to the task of his discovery and elimination, until this has been accomplished.
This is the hoof-and-mouth disease cure. If there isn't any hoof-and-mouth disease today, there won't be any in the future. The terrorists exist because there is a culture of hatred that nourishes them. We can kill terrorists one at a time, but until we clean out their nutrient culture, they will be replaced.
To those who think I must be a bloodthirsty madman to propose such a thing, I say: The targets are not human beings. Human beings recognize moral constraints, and the rights of others to go their own ways. These are only predators. There can be no peace with predators. We are under no moral obligation to try to make peace with them.

Let the world learn that to strike America is an act of national and cultural suicide.

Looks like a piece of Israeli propaganda to turn us against the Arabs.
FU , you total piece of drunken s*it. Why dont you take your inebriated mutterings elsewhere theyll be better received?. As long as we're going to be taking out some of the people responsible for murdering 30,000 innocent Americans, I dont see why we cant just drop you off somwhere where you can find some true friendship and like mindedness, like maybe Kabul or Baghdad.
George's canned speech about "democracy" being attaked tells me that our government doesn't have a clue. Islam is the enemy!
As I see it, there are three options:
1) Surrender. This means the end of globalization, withdrawal of any Americans who will come home to our shores, expulsion of the third world rabble from our land, and a militant defense of CONUS. I think this will prove more popular as an option than it appears now. Thirty years of Barney, Mr. Rogers, militant feminism and unrestricted immigration may have made this our only choice.
2) Trivial retaliation, and continued globalization with inadequate security. I expect Bush to choose this option. By trivial, I do not mean a few cruise missiles-I expect him to fight a Vietnam war in South Asia. We will have many dead, but we will not have victory-and we will have many more committed "terrorists" after we are finished than we do now. The toll on American assets abroad and on our national territory over the next hundred years will be horrific.
3) Carthaginian peace. There is a reason no young Japanese men are crashing planes into our aircraft carriers. It does not require "killing them all" or "paving Afghanistan", or any of that other BS. It does require turning the enemy masses from their present course, whih empowers, encourages, and facilitates the martyrs of the future. We can (and we probably will) kill most of the present fighters-but we can't kill the system that births them unless we exceed the pain tolerance of their societies. This will be bloody, it will take years, and our European "allies" are going to turn on us after a few weeks.
I favor #3. I would reluctantly settle for #1.
I'm pretty sure we are going to get #2.
I concur. But politically, that isn't yet available for consideration. For now, we will be able politically to go after any and all terrorists, and supporting state and non-state supporters. All of Islam, no go at this time.
