Barbara Lee is a relic from the past- the America that existed until September 11th, 2001. We shouldn't pay any attention to her with anything more than a passing interest- other than for historical purposes. She and others like her will, from here on out, be largely ignored by all of mainstream society, and even most of the fringe society. We should all focus our bitterness, hatred and rage at far more worthy sources.

Ok. Help me out here. Since when has Afghanistan or Bin Laden been a COMMUNIST? This article clearly showed the ingorance of some members of the radical right in this country. Communism is not a threat to American society. I personnally applaud Barbara Lee for vote. One important thing that is not mentioned in this article is that Rep. Lee supports bringing the terrorists to justice but did not approve of the "blanket" use of force that this resolution provided.
