You're absolutely right. This is the time that every person(the Militia) should be as well armed as they can afford to be. It's high time we started to obey the law in this country, and ignored unconstitutional "gun control" legislative acts. The second amendment recognizes the right of the people to keep and bear arms and form a militia to secure our free state. This is exactly what we need to do now. The Civilian Marksmanship Program should be expanded and augmented by more programs, in order to arm and train the people, and help the militia become an effective fighting force.

One step has to be a forward-looking foreign policy where we assist people in Islamic countries create democratic societies. We're already doing that with a Jewish country.

People born into Islamic countries do not automatically have to become soldiers in international jihad. The conditions under which they live have a lot more to do with it than genetics.

Here is the problem as I see it. Any action we take against the terrorists or any states supporting them will be used as anexcuse to widen the war and for someone to declare jihad with us as the targets. If we do nothing then we just get more Americans killed in the next attack. The fact that OBL or whoever executed this op and prompted our response will be seen as irrelevant on the "Arab Street." I am willing to listen to any suggestions anyone has for something that will work but always keep in mind that poisoning a well or destroying an olive tree is considered worse than murder in most of the Islamic dessert.

We shall see what happens.
