Report: Islamic Calendar Showed Plane Crashing Near Manhattan on Month of September (Coincidence?)

A calendar which was printed in Egypt and for the month of September shows a crashing passenger plane with Manhattan and the Statue of Liberty as a backdrop -- and which was printed in May, a full three months before the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks on America -- has caused an uproar in the Dutch town of Almere, Netherlands, the newspaper De Telegraaf reported yesterday.

The calendar was distributed at an Islamic school long before the World Trade Center attacks. Mayor Hans Ouwerkerk, who was alerted to the calendar's existence in the local Islamic school in the town of Almere, immediately notified the Dutch internal security service (BVD) about the strange coincidence. The BVD is reportedly investigating the matter.

"I am supported by Allah, to die for Allah" was quoted on the calendar, the same words reportedly used by an EgyptAir pilot who allegedly crashed a jet in November of 1999.

The Almere Town Council has "urgently advised" the management of the Islamic School Foundation to "cooperate with the Dutch authorities and help determine the calendar's origin."

Deputy Mayor Henk Smeeman said the distribution of such controversial Islamic-extremist fundamentalist propaganda material "cannot be tolerated in Almere. The Town Council is a strong supporter of maintaining good intercultural relationships with one another," he said. Some of the calendar's other illustrations show a stone-throwing Palestinian demonstrator in front of the Al-Aksa mosque in Jerusalem, an Egyptian military assault during the six-day war against Israel, and a futuristic image of a Palestinian "freeing" of Jerusalem.

The head of the Islamic school, Mrs. Dekker, allegedly had a large number of calendars in her possession from the end of May to the beginning of June, well-informed sources informed De Telegraaf. When confronted with the calendar images, she responded in a shocked, startled manner, asking "How did you get this" before shrouding herself in silence when further questioned by journalists.

De Telegraaf also reported today that Dutch authorities abruptly closed the major traffic arteries into Rotterdam and Amsterdam through four river tunnels -- in immediate response to a highly detailed letter to the Dutch news agency ANP that described the exact time (8:10 a.m.) and the colors and types of vehicles that would have been used in a closely timed wave of suicide attacks at the height of rush hour in two of the world's busiest harbor cities.

Dutch police arrested a large number of individuals who had been identified by the anonymous tipster, who also warned that a great many other terrorist attacks would be carried out worldwide. Collapsing these riverine tunnels would have meant the immediate closure of these busy international harbors, seriously disrupting international trade.

This one is the next pic in the calendar. Now consider this: The Albuquerque Balloon Festival is the first full week in October, this years is the 6th thru the 14th. Albuquerque is the largest balloon festival in the world with about 1000 balloons and attendence exceeding 1,000,0000 people.

Am I the only one getting a hopeless feeling? Do others sense that there are 30-80MM of these fanatics who are working to destory us? Am I the only one beginning to think about the old novie "The Day the Earth Stood Still"? An alien agent comes to earth to warn us of pending anhilation if we can not live peaceably. If we can not live peaceably with Islam fanatics, should we destroy them? Do we have the right of self defense as a last resort? Will the "moderate" Moslems step up to irradicate these idiots or do we have to do it? We got rid of our Hitlers. It is time the Moslems did the same.

The Six Day War sarted June 5,1967.
No record of hot air balloons used in the Six Day War.
The Arab Air Forces were wiped out in the first 24 hours, not much to celebrate there.
No Bradley's were used in the Six Day War, as depicted. What ever is depicted on the month following, the airliner crashing in Manhattan, it does not appear to be the Six Day War. Could it be an advertisement of the next phase of terror against the U.S.?

I never knew Japan attacked the U.S. with balloons during WWII until I did the search. Japan started the suicide pilot attack also.

Who needs an ICBM when you can launch an air balloon with a nuke in the Pacific and let it float to the target. Japan was successful at exploding conventional ordinance in the U.S. delivered via ballon from Japan, according to the article.

This is interesting. We've had a lot of discussion about this crash. I wonder, now, if this pilot was supposed to do the same thing that happened on 911, only he either chickened out or someone else caused it to fail. Wonder if the FBI is reopening this case. I bet they will find a connection between the Egyptian pilot and Atta, the TERRORIST (up yours CNN and Reuters)who manned the first hit on the WTC.

What about the other curious crashes in 1999 that some freepers suspect have a conspiracy behind them. Bet the FBI will re-open those investigations, too.

Although I won't be totally foolish enough to write it off as coincidence, given the source, I'm not going to take it as gospel either.

Don't forget, some rap group planned a CD cover of one member pushing a detonator and blowing up the WTC (sleeve changed prior to release) and Dream Theater's recent live album apparently shows the WTC blowing up (looked for it, couldn't find it, assume it was pulled from the shelves).

Both we in definite bad taste (even before the tragedy), but I'm not ready to call them conspirators just yet.
