[Understanding who Russell Welch is, here are the statements he made in the Clinton Chronicles.]

RUSSELL WELCH (Arkansas State Police Investigator in charge of Mena investigation): In 1983, I was made aware that Sheriff Hadaway and one of his auxiliary deputies, Terry Capehart, were investigating a smuggling operation going on at the Mena Airport. They had an inside source of information.

RUSSELL WELCH: He [Barry Seal] said 1983 was his most profitable cocaine smuggling period ever. He said that the airplanes that he had placed at the Mena Airport, there were four of them, a couple of Senecas, a couple of Panthers, and one or two stragglers here and there, different airplanes, he said they were purchased solely for the purpose of cocaine smuggling.

RUSSELL WELCH: A certain degree of money laundering had taken place among these people that were associated with Barry Seale.

RUSSELL WELCH: They had special cargo doors installed on the side without FAA permission so that these doors could be opened in flight. They would pull in, slide back and cocaine could be dropped out of the side in flight.

RUSSELL WELCH: We'd been so busy investigating, just concentrating, focusing, that it took a while to register that nothing was going to happen.

RUSSELL WELCH: After Winston took office, Bill told me that he was no longer allowed to discuss the Mena airport investigation from the attorney general's office.

These most recent anthrax attacks are all very curious, wouldn't you say? Daschle will probably no longer oppose the terrorism bill under consideration; in fact, he and the other Democrats will probably ramrod it through. And Tom Brokaw and his counterparts will doubtless have a whole new perspective on the war against terrorism.

Why would the terrorists want to radicalize these two factions who previously were not as supportive of the war effort as other aspects of American society? Are the terrorists just that stupid? How can someone who can manufacture or have access to weapons grade anthrax possibly be that stupid?

Could it be that they same person(s) responsible for the anthrax attack on Russell Welch are responsible for the attacks on Daschle and maybe others? Consider that Daschle occupies a position which Hillary believes should be hers -- the Democratic leader of the Senate.

These latest attacks seem to me to be different from the first ones in ways that I have only begun to try to figure out. I was very concerned about the first wave of attacks, but I am far more troubled by these because I think that they may be from a different source and for a different purpose. The source and the purpose may compliment the terrorists' acts, but I perceive a difference.

And, no, before anyone asks, I do not think that President Bush or anyone in his administration had anything to do with any of this. About other people, though, I remain very, very curious and skeptical.

Who knows? On the other hand, it could be that the terrorists want to get the liberals paranoid against the conservatives. Liberals are prone to paranoia. They don't need clearly made videos like the "Clinton Chronicles" to get their fertile imaginations going, do they? I hear that cocaine use causes paranoia.

When someone has the nerve to go on video and mail that video to every congress member, when names are named, I don't consider that ridiculous, especially when congressional hearings into Waco reveal massive coverup in a mass killing of men, women, and children. That is our fundamental disagreement. You call it 'ridiculous' because it is odd. I call it curious because you can trace it directly to the source.

As others have pointed out, that silly tinfoil-hat "crime" list and that full-of-filthy-lies "film" put out by fat-fingered pharisee Falwell and other professional Clinton-haters amounts to doodley-squat. There's no 'there,' there.

Factually speaking, there is absolutely zero 'documentation' to back up ANY acusation in the "Clinton Chronicles." In fact, that hate-video is so full of nasty lies that if Falwell doesn't some day apologize for his part in producing it, he is very likely going to go to hell when his time comes. The Lord is VERY prejudiced against people who bear false witness against others. He even made a specific commandment against it. To God, lying about someone is the same as killing them. And Falwell's film (which he has dishonestly disavowed) is full of lies -- including some told by Falwell himself (such as when he pretends to be interviewing an "insider" whose life is being threatened. There was no insider. Falwell was interviewing the guy who made the stupid movie and letting on that it was someone whose identity he was protecting to save him from Clinton's mythical murder machine -- which of course is yet another another invention of that paranoid crowd of Clinton-haters.)

There is not a SINGLE accusation of malfeasance on Clinton's part in his entire public life that can be proved, although many people have spent many millions TRYING to prove same and failed. All the GOP ever got on him was lying about a few BJs, and they had to move heaven and earth to trap him into saying even that.

If Dubya and his daddy (who have both been accused of much bigger misdeeds than Clinton was ever accused of -- although the press refuses to tell you that) were investigated with one-twentieth of the ardor that Clinton was, it's likely they'd both wind up in jail.

The reason Clinton didn't go to jail is because he was investigated and found innocent. The reason the Bushes won't go to jail is because nobody (especially nobody in the CIA-controlled media) would dare to look into their affairs like Starr looked into Clinton's.

See what I just did? I did the same thing you guys do: I accused without proof, purely on the basis of dislike. But as I'm sure you realize now that the shoe is on your foot, although I can claim Bush is a philanderer and murderer all I want, that isn't factual "documentation" any more than phoney Falwell's flim-flam film is.
