When a group of Freeper's is interested in a particular area they can create a "bump list" to help them keep up on that topic.

The bump list works as follows

• An article is posted
• A freeper decides that the article may be of interest to others due to its subject matter.
• A public reply to the message is posted with the recipient being the "bump list name".
• Then, any freeper interested in that topic can search for articles in that area by doing an "Articles and Replies" search for articles "to:bump list", substituting the name of the bump list for the words bump list.
