How can you hate Kid Rock? Did you see the MTV concert a few months back? He pissed everyone off by singing a blues song with that guy from ZZ Top. Take my guns over my dead body sort of stuff.

It strikes me, and here on the Condidit coast I'm only into the 2nd hour of the shoe (as Ed Sullivan would'of put it,) that while all these big popstar egoes themselves do recognize that the real heroes of this entire affair ain't them, this is not true of the political swine who see this as just another occasion to inject themselves and their agendas into the proceedings. I mean look, Jon Bon Jovi knows, and being the light weight that he is, he's got plenty of excuses not to know, but your political "leaders" appearing here don't and will never know! ( Guliani's an exception, of course!) What a shame when pretty-face pop stars appear and are wiser than the country's elected leaders.

I work w/people who were W bashers before 9-11; have they changed their tune. Now they know that a President MUST be a leader and they ALL voted for Gore and cringe at the thought of him or x42 in "charge". Said they didn't know W had it in him....I proudly say..."I did."

Kid rock is the guy who slams blacks, lesbians ..etc on his records. Its not ok when he does that..but the black artists can slam whites and cops on theirs and it;s ok.
