Bill Clinton had popularity and a deceptive kind of charisma. Popularity is fickle, changing like the weather. And I dare say nothing that Bill Clinton ever said could have been called inspiring. On the other hand, Bush might not exude that kind of raw charisma, but the sincerity that is so evident in all that he does and says is truly endearing AND inspiring. These are qualities of greatness and they are enduring. History may or may not consider him one of the greatest; that has yet to be seen, but I do believe he will go down as one of the most beloved.

Personally, I don't think so. I guess that is something we will have to leave to the people who write the history books.
