Will BioMetrics work in this manner? I know normally BioMetrics uses eye socket, cheekbone and other facial info. to determine fairly accurately a persons identity.

Brit drivers in the Ultimate Orwellian Surveillance Gulag (1 spy cam on streets per 20 Brits, ratio much higher in urban areas) started doing something much more effective a few weeks ago - they pulled down four spy cams within one week!
