Hillary is constantly trying to obstruct justice. She cast the sole dissenting votes against the confirmations of Michael Chertoff and Viet Dinh for their Justice Department posts - because they had been involved in investigating Clinton scandals. Their nominations were approved anyway (95-1 and 96-1).
I'm glad Ted Olson is where he is, but I would LOVE to have him in that position........LOL.
