the 38-year-old was talking with a friend by cell phone from his Northwest DC row house on 1st Street. He mentioned the contractor working on the home had just arrived, at 7:31 a.m.I guess the question now is what type of contractor was it that arrived?

That would certainly be an effective mass distribution method.
No, that would be totally unsuccessful. No one opens those CD's do they? I thought they all went directly into the trash.

But seriously, I want to know more. Where is his car? Who is this contractor? Does he live alone? Why are we just now hearing about it now? Did he leave things like his wallet and keys in his apartment? What do his neighbors say? Did DC's finest check any security tapes before they looped over?
