...the December 4, 2001 Issue of STAR Magazine now reports that CONDIT's May 1st "Doctor's Appointment" Story could prove to be fatal to his alibi in the Disappearance of Intern CHANDRA LEVY.

.."The grand jury wanted to know which doctor CONDIT visited - and why," says the source. "By his own admission, GARY had a doctor appointment between 5 and 5:30 p.m. on May 1."
...But in a timeline his office provided to authorities, CONDIT, 54, was said to have visited the doctor from 5 from 6:30pm. His staff later admitted that the timeframe was wrong, and trimmed it to 5 to 5:30 p.m.

.."I've known GARY for more than 20 years, and I've never known him to go to a doctor," says a friend.

...Suddenly GARY CONDIT has fallen 1,000 Signatures short of qualifying for his December 7th Deadline to run again for Congress. He will have to decide by Friday Dec 7th if he will pay the fee necessary to run again (A First for Him) or not.
...CONDIT's Staff (Read that CONDIT's Son -&- Daughter) reported at the end of last week that they had turned in 4,800 Signatures, a full 1,800 OVER the 3,000 amount needed to qualify for his re-election. I wonder what happened...?

That is FANTASTIC news Ron. You MUST stay on top of this Condit story - thanks so much. Jeff
Acutually, that's not quite true. He submitted more than the required 3000 sigs to avoid having to pay the filing fee but less than 2000 could be verified leaving him short. A biggie for someone that previously could get enough sigs by simply walking down the street.
