He's a very astute proprietor, and would hope he could do what the Telegraph did.But, he's starting from zero in a tough market, and $15 mil isn't nearly enough to make an impact.Figure he'll have 3 yrs of heavy bleeding just to establish himself.I hope he can do it.

I agree astute is the word to describe him. I think many Americans will be in for a pleasant surprise.I think he gave up on Canada because of Chretien not because the Post was losing money.
