I agree. Its a very sad state of affairs. Our elected representitives remain treasonously silent. And I hold them directly responsible, and I have little more than contempt for them.

Ditto that. I have been writing to my elected officals on this and have been getting little response back aside from form letters that say "your opinions are important to us...blah, blah, blah". Did it ever occur to these bozos that when Hispanics are a majority in large regions of this country that they will replace them with their own political hacks? It's like let's just live for today.

If all else fails, pull the ol race card. The race card strategy is has become so old and weak. Only bottom feeders and America haters attempt to use it routinely.

The funny thing about the race card is that Mexican is not a race. Mexicans are the same race as white Americans. If I said "I hate all Mexicans", how could I be a racist, if Mexican is not a race?

"Mexican" is a Nationality, just like "American", and since this is "America", if you want to be an "Amrican", then act like an "American" and not a "Mexican".
